DH-ACH3: light-duty ramps with a compact hydraulic tilt cylinder
In the last couple of years, DHOLLANDIA has developed and manufactured quite a large range of manually operated ramps DH-AM* with carrying capacities up to 3.000 kg. Depending on platform size and weight, these DH-AM* are equipped with internal torsion bars and external gas cylinders to assist the operator with opening and closing the platform. Hitting the boundaries of what can reasonably and economically solved by means of springs and gas cylinders, DHOLLANDIA now introduces the DH-ACH3*, similar light-duty ramps as the DH-AM*, but equipped with a compact hydraulic tilt cylinder to open and close the platform.
The DH-ACH3* is available with lift capacities ranging from 1.000 to 3.000 kg, with a single-piece or longer, foldable platforms [option OAP808.02]. The platform is made of aluminium profiles, air-permeable platforms in mesh steel are available as an option [OAP819]. In standard configuration, the platform (of 1-piece platforms) or the platform main section (of foldable platforms) are opened and closed by a single compact hydraulic tilt cylinder. The foldable point of foldable platforms is unfolded / folded manually, assisted by powerful gas cylinders. A 2nd hydraulic cylinder to also unfold / fold the foldable point is available as an option [OAH820].
The platform (of 1-piece platforms) or the platform main section (of foldable platforms) can be equipped with a 2nd tilt cylinder [OAH821] to guarantee equal closing pressure left and right. That is important in those cases where the platform forms the rear closure of the vehicle body, or for very long foldable platforms.
